MFOA offers free and discounted spay/neuter surgery.
If you live in the Maumelle, Arkansas area and need help paying for sterilizing your pet(s), please fill out our spay/neuter application and mail or e-mail it to us.
Apply to MFOA by filling out the form below. If your application is accepted you will be mailed a certificate for a FREE or DISCOUNTED spay/neuter procedure at one of our local veterinary clinics. Take the certificate and your pet to the indicated veterinarian before the expiration date on the certificate. This program will continue as long as funds are available. If you choose to render a donation to MFOA at the time of your pet's spay or neuter, it would be deeply appreciated.
